As long as they are in usable condition. This means they cannot be cracked, bent, have not been welded, cut, or broken. There can be no heavy brown flaking rust and no heavy pitting. Light brown rust and surface rust is fine. Best way to insure that they are usable is to send pictures if you can. If not, use your own judgment and ask yourself the question: Would I want these parts on my car? If you can say “yes”, they should be OK.
Remember there is no core credit for unusable parts.
